Forgotten user name or passphrase...
Please follow the two steps below to reset the passphrase for your StegoStik™ activation credit account.

Note that for security reasons we do not store your passphrase as text, so we cannot tell you what it is. Furthermore, to minimise the risk of a security breach, once we issue a passphrase reset code we will not issue another until there has been a successful log in.


STEP 1:
REQUEST A PASSPHRASE RESET CODE...

Supply either your account user name or the email address associated with the account, then click 'Request reset code'.

The reset code will be emailed to the email address associated with the account and must be used in step 2 below within four hours. Please ensure that emails from stegostik.co.uk will not be blocked by your spam filter.

STEP 2:
RESET THE PASSPHRASE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT...

Copy and paste the reset code from your email into the space below. Then choose a new passphrase for your account and enter it twice as shown. You will then be logged in.

Account reset code*: Copy and paste from the email.
New passphrase*: 8-32 characters including a number.
